Just so you know, I am a retired Assemblies of God Pastor, author of Fruitful Living, a study of the Fruit of the Spirit and The Adventures of Beauregard Gustafson under the Nome de plume of George C. MacGillacutty. I have always been challenged by certain passages of the Bible that, in a word, “disturb” my thinking.

 

My newest book, Disturbed Thinking, offers an unusual look at 142 passages of the Bible. This book is the first release of what will become 365 musings of Disturbed Thinking. This blog will share some of the old musings and some new ones as I work toward the second volume, Disturbed Thinking, Too.

I have also served as a minister under appointment to the American Bible Society during the late 1980 and through the 1990s. I served as the Director of the 1999 Year of the Bible for the ABS and as the Associate Director for Bible Reading Programs.

Oh, that beautiful woman with me is my wife of 48+ years. I am terribly camera shy, having a face for radio, so any pictures of me include her.
